I know a better belief
It’s inside moving out, aching
Been tossing and turning
It’s deep in me I believe
I’ve witness desolation
Been at the deep edge and fallen
Seen the anger of the beast
Been where none has been
Love is belief – that’s what we require
At all times see the conviction
Love is belief – strongly recommended
At all times see the conviction
Love is belief – we must live to feed it
Give all we got to the hungry children
We stated the greatest pledge
We’ve seen capital hypocrisy
We know about investigation
You’ve seen none, all before
We know a better belief
It’s inside moving out, aching
We been tossed and turned around
It’s in us still we believe
We’ve all seen dark purple smoke
Been below the lowest point of return
We all have what it takes to believe this
We save a better belief within our hearts
We got it bad, it’s so sad to believe believe
We got it bad, oh Holy Father! Belife belife
