This existence gives us a blow occasionally
We lower ourselves, next time we fend off
Blindly we wander about in the wrong marks
We’ll seek and try to enhance the value of life
You’ve been running in a labyrinth
Seen yourself as an unworthy man
You can’t elude from what you are
You taught nothing comes for free
In the shadow of rain, beside the blistered tree
That’s where I’ve been awaiting to get a hint
In the shadow of rain, waiting for your vivacity
You’ve seen me close the distance to wisdom
In the shadow of rain, to learn the gist of life
Life gives us tons of bright ideas and misgivings
We live in this knowledge of the one existence
In a certain affective idea, we’re merely alone
In these rooms we’ve filled with… alternatives
In the expanding circle I found the keystones
The weighty cares of being guided me into life
Your significance to this date is always priceless
Years of alliance, on my honour I must live life
In the shadow of rain, inside a soul there’s we
It’s within my knowing, nothing much to print
In the shadow of rain, I’ve engraved all poetry
You’ve seen me close the distance to wisdom
In the shadow of rain, to learn the gist of life
There is no demise of faith, when spirits are moving
In the shadow of rain, I know what we’ll accomplish
Possibility’s in the inbetween, when minds are soaring
In the shadow of rain, I will be waiting for what this is
