My heart’s wishes
I wish you were here
Then I had told you my story
And admitted my mistakes
I had asked you for your story
And I had begged you to forgive me
I want to love you
But I’m forbidden to do that
I hate when you look at me like that
But I hate even more when you don’t look at me at all
And pretend that I don’t exist
The only thing you remember about me
Is that I hurt you
And I am so sorry for that
But I can’t do anything I’ve done undone
You know that
But still you ask me to
You see me like a mean person
And I understand you
But I’m not
Don’t forget that I’m still the one I’ve always been
I’m just me
