My Time.
MY TIME
(Jörgen Jansson)
Slow train is rolling southdown
Leaving the northern highlands
Got me a whole lots of information
Going home with a sad expression
In the last hour of the last night
I met a woman of a special kind
So free from predjudism and hate
She like to raise words up, shout out
My time is unfolding and I’m mighty brawny now
Gods forgiven children are standing by my side
My time is unfolding and all pain has disappeared
I have no wish anymore, I live for this
Take away this feeling of sadness
I still never get used to leave
Going back to strain and madness
Who likes it? Who needs it?
Can’t change all of a sudden
My emotions are getting cold as rock
She was to intimate, to hard loving
Facts remain in my polluted mind
My time is unfolding and I’m mighty brawny now
Gods forgiven children are standing by my side
My time is unfolding and all pain has disappeared
I have no wish anymore, I live for this
I’m not finished, not ready yet
I think I’m gonna light a fire
This image is kind, so alive
She was an angel from up north
I wanna spend my time imagining
See a future, all hopes so strong
Look in the mirror for the… holy ghost
And later on live and die again
My time is unfolding and I’m mighty brawny now
Gods forgiven children are standing by my side
My time is unfolding and all pain has disappeared
I have no wish anymore, I live for this
