The Light
It´s almost like you´re shy when you arrive scorching through
the curtains with the year’s first light.
There ought to be no shyness for someone
with your powers and your might.
You give life to the nature and those minuscule
creatures that inhabit this sphere.
I give my gratitude to you for all of the astonishing
beauty and the existing things here.
This little civlization is relying on the glow from your
magnificent shaft of light.
I have no way of showing my appreciation to you, but the humankind
needs you and one way or another I hope you win the fight.
